Intelligent Door Operator System

The advanced non-linkage design is adopted in the door operator, with advantages in terms of efficiency, energy-saving and low trouble rate. The trinity of 32 bit high-speed digital signal processor, velocity-current double closed-loop feedback control and VVVF speed control system ensure that opening and closing strictly follow the optimal speed and force curve to practice a perfect action.

High Precision Load-Weighing Starting Device

High-sensitive piezonresistive sensors are applied to measure the components through linear continuous weighing, including door, wire rope, compensation chain rope, etc,. only a few micro seconds of response time, to collect a real-time accurate measurement of elevator load.
It conducts weighing compensation by combining the per-torque at start, to eliminate fluctuation during start, running and stop, and ensure the comfort in the whole process of passenger elevator operation.

Outstanding Electronic Technology

Each sub-system such as component controller display, etc., adopts independent micro-processors and distributed data network linkage, thus substantially simplifying the connection between the sub-systems and enhancing the reliability and flexibility of the system.
The printed circuit board(PCB) utilizes the surface mounting elements, in combination of the world advanced PCB surface mounting technology, to raise the integration of PCB and heighten the reliability and anti-jamming ability. 10k door massive field programmable gate array(FPGA) is employed in the electronic circuit design, so as to make the whole system into a single chip.
