Multiple Spindle CNC Mortiser (Horizontal Type)
Description
This multiple spindle CNC mortiser is a horizontal type machine and is equipped with two processing areas on both the front and back sides. This machine is mainly used for mortising straight and circular arc slots, drilling and reaming for dining tables and chairs. Based on the multiple shafts, this machine is able to realize the function of corner chiseling of square holes. The most important characteristic of horizontal multiple spindle CNC slot mortiser is that the maximum manufacturing length reaches 4m, which ensures that the machine can deal with longer wood pieces. The shapes and size can be customized according to customer requirements.
According to the number of cutter shafts, we have 2 models to choose from: GS-28-3×3 Slot CNC Mortising Machine with 3 Axis (3 on the front, 3 on the back), GS-28-4×4 Spindle Slot CNC Mortiser with 4 Axis (4 on the front, 4 on the back).
The GS-28-3×3 slot CNC mortising machine with 3 axis control is equipped with 3 main cutter shafts, which can be used for slot mortising, and 3 sub-cutter shafts, which are used for drilling. This machine can deal with 3 pieces of wood at the same time, and the processes are uninterrupted, which will greatly promote the production efficiency. This equipment can process 7500 pieces of wood in 8 hours.

- The excellent control system makes it easy to debug and operate the machine. You can complete the debugging work easily without drawings, and the parameters are easily set.
- The high-quality Taiwan DELTA spindle motors, imported electrical control system frequency converter and servo drivers make the equipment work steadily, prolong the service life and decrease its failure rate.
- This machine is easy to operate. The 4 main shafts and 4 sub-shafts can work at the same time, which will double the efficiency. The horizontal design enables the machine to deal with 4m wood pieces.
- The shapes are multiple. You can set the moving trajectory of cutters through the system to complete complex and diverse slots. This machine can satisfy the custom requirements of our customers.
- Please turn on the machine, then debug and save the mechanical parameters on the screen.
- Debug the loading position, cutter position and sample position.
- Place the sample that need to be debugged at the loading position, then activate the manual mode on the touch screen, then operate the hand wheel and carry out the slot mortising in manual mode.
- After completing and confirming the processes in manual mode, you can activate the automatic mode on the touch screen.
- Place the timbers at the loading position, then press the start button.
