The roller conveyor is the important transport equipment along the structural steel H beam production line. It can assist the equipment in different working zones in accomplishing the production. It can connect all the equipment sets, forming a complete production line. So the production can be simple and fast.

Features
The roller conveyor has the following features
1. It can improve the production efficiency: the roller conveyor can connect the assembly machine, 90 degree steel beam overturn equipment, cantilever welding machine, track cart conveyor, 180 degree steel beam overturn equipment, straightening machine, thus maximally reducing the use of travelling crane and improving the welding production efficiency.

2. It can reduce roller abrasion: the complete roller conveyor is from assembly machine to straightening machine. For example, the complete roller conveyor length should be 80 meters for the maximum structural steel production length is 15 meters. It consists of 15 sets of independent roller conveyor with power so that the 90 degree steel beam overturn equipment, track cart conveyor and 180 degree steel beam overturn equipment can be installed between these independent roller conveyors. The roller conveyors near the assembly machine and straightening machine is also equipped with clutch which can be used to eliminate the speed difference with the base machine, thus protecting the roller from being frayed rapidly.

Jinfeng Welding & Cutting Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd hires senior engineers from ESAB to lead mechanical department, electrical department and software department. There is 80 people in the team in total. They carry out development and design of various structural steel H beam production lines, so that we have technical guarantee.

Jinfeng has strong production capacity: we have 13 imported CNC machining centers, 3 4mx12m large machining centers, so that the annual output of assembly machine is 1000.
