Pallet flow rack system is ideal for large quantities of the same type products, because of its high space optimization. We can provide special design for your expected depths and layers. The conveyors slope between 3°-5°. Gravity leads pallets to moving forward the unload end. With the purpose of steady speed to protect products, there is a damper system fixed on the rolling rail at regular intervals. The faster the speed of pallet, the more the resistence. This FIFO (first in, first out) system speeds up the stock rotation, as a great solution of time and energy saving. It is quite suitable for cold and frozen goods storage.

The depth (the length of guide rails) should be reasonable, or will cause the failure of pallets' moving. According to the general standard, the maximum depth is 6m and the maximum weight is 1000kg. Beyond this range, it is easier to lower its reliability and maneuverability.
