KCC101 Diamond Blade (J Slot Sintered Rim Diamond Blade)
The KCC101 J slot sintered rim diamond saw blade is used for cutting tile, slate, wood-based panel etc. It can be used for dry cutting, but wet cutting is recommended.
1. The ceramic saw blade is strictly manufactured and tested based on the EU certification EN13236 standards so that the safety performance of product can be ensured.
2. The segment uses high quality diamond and pre-alloyed powder to possess stable quality and reduce cost.
3. The diamond saw blade adopts hot-press sintering process, realizing the close combination between diamond formulation and steel core, compact and sharp, with fast cutting speed.
4. Using high precision steel substrate, it cuts stably and smoothly, without dithering under high speed cutting, and not easily to cause broken edge.
