Inner Races and Outer Races
Bearing ring, also known as bearing race, has inner ring and outer ring. The inner ring is commonly fitted on the shaft and rotated with the shaft, while the outer ring is generally to cooperate with the bearing seat or mechanical component to play a supporting role. However in some cases, the outer ring rotates and the inner ring stays fixed or both inner and outer rings rotate.

Bearing rings are most often manufactured from high carbon chromium bearing steel GCr15, AISI 52100, DIN 100Cr6 and SUJ2. To meet our customers’ changing needs, we also adopt stainless steel for its good corrosion resistance, and high carbon chromium bearing steel GCr15SiMn for large size bearing rings.
