Pellet mills of FCPM series offer a total of more than 20 models for choice. They can be sorted into 3 categories, A, B, and W. Type A is meant to produce livestock feeds. Type B is intended for fish feeds. Type W comes with a larger than normal die to accommodate 15% to 30% more capacity. Production rate starts from 1t/h and goes well into 40t/h.
1. High-efficiency single-stage gear reduction system ensures a minimized energy loss rate during energy transfer.
2. Full stainless steel screw feed features a variable-pitch screw to prevent material arching.
3. A larger than normal stainless steel conditioner directs hot steam along the axial direction which allows materials to be cooked fast and effectively.
4. Ring die is clamped to drive wheel using a 3-piece quick release hose clamp (precision casting) for fast and easy assembly and disassembly.
5. Chamber door and inclined feed chute are made of stainless steel for excellent corrosion resistance and extended service life.
6. A grid coupling is used to connect the motor's drive shaft to the gear shaft. This connection is easy to take apart and set up for reliable, efficient power transmission.
7. The automatic control is available for use on our large pellet machine, just so the amount of steam going into the chamber can be adjusted to achieve the best cooling results all while saving valuable steam energy.
