Application
The high efficiency dehumidifying drying system PET dryer is particularly suitable for the high efficiency dehumidification operation of recycled PET material. It is widely applied to injection molding, extrusion, plastic molding and processing and many other industries, which is indispensable drying dehumidifying equipment for the production of plastic products in their earlier stage. It is suitable for all plastic materials that need be dehumidified and dried, such as PET, TPU, PMMA, PLA, SGP, PS, and ABS.

Compare with traditional crystallizing drying system: from crystallization to drying, traditional crystallizing drying system needs a total of 5 hours, while this high efficiency dehumidifying and drying system only needs 1 hour, saving 60% energy.
The data measured on customer site shows that the 500KG/H machine can drying 1 ton material with an electricity consumption only of 110kw/h.

Principle
1.The air flow from the inlet will be refrigerated and compressed, to realize the first stage of dehumidifying effect.
2.Then use cellular silica gel wheel to achieve the second stage of dehumidifying effect.
3.Next, the dry air that reaches the request of dehumidification can enter into the heating cabinet for heating (the heating temperature can be set depending on the process requirements of the material).
4.Finally, it enters into a dynamic dryer, in a vortex type 360 degrees bottom-up uniform diffusion. Meanwhile, the drying hopper stirs at a low speed (to simulate the form of manual scrub), to make the material loose, allowing each grain of material can be heated uniformly, so as to complete dynamic drying.

Features:
A.Suitable for all kinds of plastic materials that need be dehumidified and dried, including PET, TPU, PMMA, PLA, SGP, PS, ABS etc.
B.For recycled PET material, traditional crystallizer is left out and thus the total installed power reduces 55%, greatly saving the energy consumption while improving the drying efficiency.
C.For low temperature dry materials, 10-20 degrees above the needed temperature can be increased for drying, thus not only the drying time can be saved, but also the drying efficiency increased.
D.Vortex type air inlet device (Hejin pioneered), from bottom to top presenting a 360 degrees vortex type air intake path, allows the airflow entering into the hopper directly in the 360 degree no dead angle uniform diffusion, and thus avoiding the uneven heating and local overheating from causing the occurrence of material caking, yellowing and other phenomenon, so as to improve the overall drying effect.
E.Simulate the stirring form of manual scrub to make the material loose, realize the material heat uniformly, preventing the material from caking, bridging etc., reducing the drying time, as well as improving the drying efficiency.
