High Pressure Filters
Huilong PHA series high pressure filters are designed for filtration of oil and other fluids in high pressure hydraulic piping system. The filter head is made by ductile iron and the base is made by carbon structural steel to efficiently remove the solid contaminants in hydraulic fluids. Different filter materials are available according to the application requirements. The differential pressure indicator and bypass valve are optional upon request. A reverse flow bypass check valve can be mounted to enable a bidirectional flow of fluid and protect the system against contamination.
The high pressure filter features high filtration rating, high dirt holding capacity, low resistance to flow (i.e. low pressure drop), high filtration efficiency and high filtration ratio (β≥1000), ideal for applications in high pressure industrial equipment.
The clogging indicator measures the pressure drop across the filter element. The device actuates and outputs electrical warning signal when the clogging of the filter element reaches the pre-set warning pressure drop, reminding you to replace the filter element. If the filter element hasn’t been replaced, once the differential pressure reaches the opening pressure of the bypass valve, it will open and allow the unfiltered fluid to flow through to the downstream system.
