Materials used for making autoclaved sand-lime bricks include sand and lime, as well as a certain ratio of pigment and additive. Before dosing and mixing, all materials should be processed to required size in the material preparation system where size reduction equipment including hammer crusher and Raymond mill, and bulk handling equipment such as bucket elevator and screw conveyor are used.
