Our portable diesel air compressor was developed in response to meet the requirements of diverse mobile compressed air applications and the need of high efficiency. This two-stage screw compressor is equipped with individual oil/water/air cooling system to ensure the effectiveness for smooth running. A cyclone pre-filter is capable of removing 90% of dust and impurities. The automatic adjustment of diesel engine throttle helps user markedly minimize the diesel oil consumption.

The portable diesel air compressor is applicable to numerous different types of weather conditions, with working temperature ranging from -25℃ to 50℃ (-13℉to 122℉). This diesel-powered rotary screw air compressor is ideally suitable for mining, water conservancy, roadwork, shipbuilding, urban construction, energy and more industrial sectors.
3-stage air filtration, filtration efficiency of over 90% The patented cyclone pre-filter extends the service life of the air compressor by removing more than 90% of the dust and impurities. Cyclone air filter is adopted to further protect the air compressor from residual dust and dirt entering, while the filter element helps keep the air filter clean to ensure a safe and continuous operation of the compressor. This portable diesel air compressor can operate in desert and dusty environments for continuous supplying of high-quality compressed air.
Optimized cooling system with 30% increased efficiency The individual oil/water/air cooling system coupled with large-diameter cooling fan ensures that the air compressor runs at optimal performance under either hot or cold weather condition.
High quality components Our portable diesel air compressor is configured with reliable diesel engines from world's renowned brands, such as Deutz and Cummins. In addition, SKF bearing, direct drive and noise-free gear are also the features of this screw compressor, the design service life can be more than 15 years.
Patented helical rotor, two stage compression With helix teeth of 5:6, the energy consumption is reduced by 8%. There is no overdrive gear in the middle, resulting in higher output of compressed air. The air end spins at a maximum of 2400r/min, the operating speed of air end is equivalent to the diesel engine, prolonging the service life of the screw air compressor.
Low oil content in compressed air The 3-step oil separation process ensures less than 3 ppm of oil content in the compressed air.
Large-capacity fuel tank, long working hours Fuel tank with large capacity (up to 708 liters) provides the large air compressor with long hours of operation even in a remote region.
Easy operation and maintenance High level of automation allows the air compressor to run unattended, and no long-term skill training is required for operators.
- Low-temperature starting system makes the diesel engine startup easier in extremely cold areas.
- Additional cooler provides compressed air with temperature that is 15℃ lower than ambient temperature.
