FCM liquid dosing system adds nutritive ingredients such as oils and fats, methionine, and molasses to improve the quality of feed products. High-precision load cells ensure weighing accuracy of liquid additives.
This liquid dosing system can be used in combination with a batching scale to add 1 to 4 different liquids to the batch being mixed in a mixer.
FCM pellet feed coating system coats your pelleted feeds with oils and fats, molasses, enzyme, spices and organic acids.
To ensure uniform coating and a glossy surface finish, among other properties such as waterproofness and absorption rate, the pellet feed coating system is usually installed inside the pellet mill chamber right beside the ring die where pellets are being extruded.
By setting parameters from a control panel, operators can control the amount of liquids added. This is accomplished by adjusting the rotational speed of the gear pump and the rate of flow through the injection ports. These parameters can be stored in the memory of the built-in PLC microcomputer.
