XBC vertical turbine pump, or the long shaft pump, is newly developed based on advanced domestic and international experience in design and manufacture. XBC diesel engine pumps are used for transporting clear water, industrial wastewater, corrosive seawater, as well as certain particles such as iron filings, sand, and coal powder. During the operation of the fire pump, the fluid temperature should not be higher than 80°C.

Features

The vertical turbine pump is made up of a copper motor, which has high electrical conductivity, low power consumption, as well as long service life. The XBC pump is equipped with an internal thermal protection device that can prevent the motor from overheating due to abnormal use. Also, the pump head is made of material with high-quality cast iron, which has better corrosion resistance and longer service life. The long shaft pump body is assembled with a new assembly process, enabling higher sealing performance and effectively reducing the noise during operation. Lastly, the high quality of diesel engine pump parts led to the wear-resistant and low failure rate.

Applications

The XBC diesel engine pump can be used in waterworks, irrigation, drainage pumping station, power station, air conditioning water cycle, industrial water supply system, firefighting system, as well as general shipping industry and oil refining industry.
