The vertical packaging machine features a pneumatic control sealer and stepper motor-driven film drawing system to achieve stable packaging performance with low noise and low failure rate. Product measuring, filling, bag forming, date printing and finished bag discharging can be automatically accomplished with high precision at high speed.
The electronic linear weigher can weigh multiple materials at the same time, enabling mixed product packaging. An electrodeless vibrating feeder is adopted to evenly dispense products, increase weigh load and automatically adjust vibration amplitude.
A modular and integrated control system allows for direct adjustment based on actual production situations to simplify operations.
Products are conveyed by screws and the hopper can vibrate to prevent material build-up. The combination of elevator and weigher performs material level control and vibration disk feeding to enable auto feeding start and stop and auto feeding speed control according to actual conditions.
Stainless steel or carbon steel is optional as the elevator material. Food-grade plastic is utilized as the hopper material, whose capacity is 2L or 4L for your selection.
The finished bags are conveyed to the platform, driven by micro motors. The conveying capacity is up to 60-80 bags per minute with excellent smoothness and lower noise.
The conveyor belt can be designed separately to fit your specific requirements. For example, PVC belt, stainless steel chain conveyor or PVC chain conveyor is optional based on the characteristics of product materials.
