Vacuum Mixing System
The vacuum mixing system significantly shortens heating time and is utilized in standard mixing procedures to combine tomato paste with other various ingredients. Crafted from PTFE material, the system effectively eliminates clumping issues commonly found in corners and blind spots. Both interior and exterior surfaces are highly polished. System components are crafted with AISI304 stainless steel and sealed with ball type seals. Resulting mixtures are well proportioned and settle easily at the bottom of the tank. The vacuum mixing system can be controlled via an Omron PLC touch screen.
