Working principle
The crucible inside the electric melting and holding furnace is uniformly heated by resistance radiation, allowing aluminum ingots to be placed in the crucible for melting and holding.

1) Barrel casing made of 4mm thick steel plate

Installation, debugging and transportation
We are responsible for the transportation of equipment to the customers factory, transportation costs, installation and operation, and equipment training. We do not cover hoisting expenses incurred by unloading and placing equipment in place.
Installation conditions
- The installation from the power grid wiring to national standard wire (at least 45mm) to be connected to the furnace is up to the buyer.
- The primary control cabinet power (380V, 50Hz, with additional circuit breaker) should be supplied by the buyer.
- The wiring from the control cabinet to the furnace is achieved using a high temperature resistant metal casing, which is supplied by us as long as it is within 4 meters.
- Notice on power distribution: Buyers should preinstall the power supply (over 220A) with air switches near the installation location with a control cabinet. A three-phase five-wire system with 35mm copper core, 4mm null line and 6mm earth wire is required.
- The electricity box must be connected to tap water for circulating cooling.
