Fully Closed Shutter Exhaust Fan, Model DJF(A) Wall Fan
Description
The fully closed shutter exhaust fan, model DJF(A) wall fan features low noise, large air volume, minimal power consumption, evident ventilation effect, etc. A new shutter rotating device changes friction from between nylon parts and frame (iron plate) to between rotating arm and wear sleeve, effectively solving problems that heavy duty fans face with inflexible shutter control, loose closing, poor sealing and other relevant problems. As an upgraded product from model DJF(A) heavy duty fully closed shutter exhaust fan, it is better in tightness and thermal insulation.

Blades diameter is extended from 1250mm to 1270mm, so that the enlarged blades increase air volume by 10% while maintaining original outline dimensions. There are two kinds of blades, stainless steel and galvanized plates.
Small blades and new sealing rotating device improve the efficiency by 30%, and the shutter is changed to 11 small blades shutter from 8 large blade shutter, making it easier for opening and closing.
New sealing device is changed from single layer to double layer, the sealing parts are more solid and thus the sealing property is better.
