Double Ribbon Mixer
Description
The double ribbon mixer is designed with horizontal cylinder body, of which the cross-section is round, so that there is no dead angle during mixing. Besides, there is no accumulation block on the cylinder wall. The mixed materials are discharged from one end and can be directly bagged, without need to clean residual materials on the wall, which greatly saves time.
This mixer features a coefficient of variance lower than 7 and completes mixing a batch of materials in 2~3 minutes, which is widely suitable for small and medium sized feed factories and cultivation industries with an hourly yield of 1~5 tons.
Application
The double ribbon mixers are available in SHW series and SLHY series two types. The SHW series discharges materials on one end, while the SLHY series on bottom large open door. Both are used to mix powdery materials and make the components of the mixture uniformly distributed, so as to ensure the quality of the mixed feeds.
