  • Integrating grinding and classifying is the key to achieving ideal particle sizes. By adjusting the classifier wheel, which can be installed either horizontally or vertically, you can easily obtain the desired results.
  • Adjust the type of grinding disc based on material characteristics in order to maximize efficiency and generate the desired forces, allowing for faster and more efficient results.
  • Ceramic materials are used to construct the key components, ensuring that there is absolutely no contact with metal during the entire grinding process for superior purity.
  • Capable of producing multiple particle sizes simultaneously, all in a closed system. This reduces dust production and noise levels significantly, creating an environmentally friendly process.
How it works

The feeding system evenly introduces the materials into the grinding chamber, where they are subjected to a high-speed rotating grinding disc. Under the centrifugal force, the material collides with the grinding gear ring and is then impacted by various comprehensive forces such as shearing, friction, and collision. The ground particles move with the airflow to the classifying chamber, where a frequency conversion-regulated classifier wheel sorts out coarse and fine powders. Only qualified powder enters either the cyclone separator or dust collector for collection. Coarser particles are sent back to the milling chamber for further milling.
