Automatic Can Body Welder, RS-360
The RS-360 automatic can body welder is mainly used in three-piece canbody production line to complete the processes of can body rounding, conveying and welding. It is suitable to produce cans of different diameters (52-153mm), different heights (60-320mm), different thicknesses (0.14-0.4mm) and production efficiency ranges between 100 and 200 cans per minute. Meanwhile, canbodies of different types, such as milk powder tins, aerosol cans, beverage cans, etc. can be welded.
We use imported machining centers to process the main body of canbody welding machine, core components are from world's reliable suppliers, and electrical parts and control system are of internationally famous brands. Besides, Canrace adopts NSK bearings, servo motor controlled NTN controlling system, ensuring high precision and stable production efficiency.
