Narrow fabric loom is suitable for light to medium-weight elastic and non-elastic narrow fabrics. The weaving machine is designed with 53cm in width, and can weave 4 tapes at one time, each with max. width of 66mm and hooks of 384.

KTNFM53-6/50-384 series jacquard loom is capable of producing a variety of elastic or non-elastic narrow fabrics with complex patterns. The pattern is controlled and created by 384 warp yarns and 12 harness frames. Our matched CAD jacquard design system helps users program and design exquisite patterns, and is compatible with most jacquard design software.

The KTNFM53-6/50-384 series jacquard loom uses an electromagnetic needle selection, with the magnetic selection unit driven using a solenoid valve to complete the needle selection process. This is faster and more efficient, and significantly improves the finished textile quality. The production speed exceeds 1200r/minute, which significantly increases the production rate.

The traditional plastic jacquard modules have to be replaced within one or two years, though the service life of the magnetic selection unit reaches 10 to 20 years, thus reducing maintenance costs. The combination of a magnetic selection unit and solenoid valve significantly reduces the usage frequency of mechanical parts, friction among them and the vibration of harness wire and warp yarn, all of which enhance the jacquard machine’s durability. The magnetic selection unit’s yarn tension is larger and more stable, ensuring the woven cloth is more delicate and smoother to satisfy production requirements for heavier woven types with a higher density.
