Application
VSHGM grinding roller mill can process marble, calcite, gypsum, barite, talc, pyrophyllite mineral, kaolin, bentonite, illite, vermiculite, sepiolite and potassium ore. The fineness of the finished powder is between 600 category and 3000 category.

Product characteristics
1. We adopt advanced PLC constant temperature control system. The grinded material wouldn't be dried alone so that the drying cost can be lowered.
2. We adopt more reasonable passage design and classifying technology from German so that the production is raised by 15% to 25% compared with domestic equipment of the same type.
3. We adopt optimized design of production process. Our customers can add all kinds of additives during the process of feeding. The powder has a wider range of application.
4. Wearable components such as roll beads, pegs and supporters are made from imported high chrome alloy steel. It lowers the rate of wear greatly. Its lifetime is about twice of that of domestic general grinding roller mill.
5. During practical production, if the equipment has reached the upper bound of the lifetime, the control system would suggest replacing wearable components automatically.
6. The grinded powder would contain less impurity after the processing of multi iron removing equipment. Also the whiteness of the powder wouldn't be lowered. By this way the disadvantage of “lowering whiteness” of general grinding roller mill is eliminated.
7. We adopt three-dimensional design and raise the height of the grinding roller mill so that it can be connected to automatic packaging machine easily. In this way the previous packaging by hand with low efficiency is replaced which not only improves efficiency but also lowers labor cost.
8. We adopt the control system which can stop running automatically if there is continuous lack of feed of 30 seconds which solves the problem of powder products of large granule because of sudden shut down.
9. We adopt fully automatic touch screen PLC online control system. It can monitor and control the temperature, pressure, electric current, rotating speed and air quantity real time which makes the operation easier and more intuitive.

Working principal
VSHGM series intelligent grinding roller mill adopts the principle of strike, extrusion and grinding to comminute the materials. There is large space between the roller installed on the turntable and the bearing pin which allows for certain movement.

When the turntable revolves around the main arbor, the roller moves to the grinding ring under the centrifugal force and adheres tightly to the inner surface of the grinding ring. At the same time, the roller rotates around the bearing pin. When the materials pass through the gap between the roller and the grinding table, they are stricken, extruded and grinded by the roller thus are comminuted.

The materials that have been grinded by the first roller and grinding table would fall to the second roller and be grinded according to the same principle. Following are the third one and the fourth one.

The materials that have been grinded by the last roller would fall to the powder removing disc at the bottom under the force of gravity. Then they would be thrown to the lowest layer of the grinding mill and be taken to the interlayer between the internal and external walls of the middle tube by the negative pressure air flow. After that, they would rise to the first classifying system at the top to get classified.

The qualified fine powder would go into the pulse dust collecting system to be collected through the classifying wheel. The coarse materials would be thrown to the grinding table and fall back to the crushing chamber to be crushed. The turntable has many layers, so the materials can be fully crushed and have the ideal fineness.
