Introductions

This series of drill rig is a new generation AC top drive core drill rig suitable in deep hole coring drill. It is equipped with drill tower, electrical top drive system, electrical main winch, electrical rope winch, electrical control system, driller room, wellhead automation device, mud pump, solids control device, etc. It adopts modular AC variable frequency top drive units, applicable in coring mineral exploration and drilling for power source within a depth of 4000m.

Besides, it is applicable in fields below:
1. Deep hole small diameter core drilling
2. Shallow layer petroleum or geothermal well drilling
3. Coalbed methane exploration and shale gas exploration

Features
  • The whole system adopts variable-frequency control, digital transmission and centralized operation. The information is highly automated, high construction efficiency and the energy consumption is small.
  • Excellent output features: rotational speed, torque, pulling force, speed, etc. good controlling ability, outstanding overload protection, rotation and feeding can achieve continuous speed verifying, precision control of the drilling pressure, the drilling parameters can be selected according to the earth layers conditions to meet the drilling process requirements.
  • Easy to be controlled: all the movements in the drilling process are controlled by electric components or manipulated digitally. This helps to reduce the labor intensity of the operator, reducing the number of operators needed and improve the working environment.
  • The drilling rig is made from the integration of electric module and the bulk of the drill rig structure. The main execution modules such as rotating, lifting, feeding and salvage are driven by electric motors.
  • The drilling rig operating parameters and drilling process parameters can be saved in real time and allow remote monitoring, transmission, inquiry and recording.
  • As compared to the hydraulic drill rig, this model has better transmission efficiency, smaller power consuming and more convenient for maintenance.
  • The top drive rig with a long stroke is able to satisfy the 18 meters stands addition and subtraction works which improves the work efficiency.
