YONG-FENG F51 Automatic Hose Production Crimper
Application
The crimping force of the YONG-FENG F51 automatic hose production crimper is 3200KN, with an opening diameter of 118mm, a crimp range of 6~73mm and 14 sets of standard dies. YONG-FENG F51 crimpers are widely used for crimping high-pressure fuel pipes, industrial hoses, air conditioner hoses and bathroom hoses etc.

Details
Automatic hose production crimper
The cabinet can operate on the ground, following an ergonomic design. There is no need for an extra worktable, and the crimping operation is convenient. There is a special drawer for dies in the cabinet, which saves space and provides convenience for collecting dies for different applications.
Material
The oil cylinder cover, oil tank and piston rod are made of 40 chromium, with a surface hardness of HRC26-30 and an operation layer hardness of HRC59-63. The harden layer is 2mm thick.
Die connection
Our crimping dies are connected through magnetism, which makes it convenient for assembly and disassembly and allowing automatic positioning, and thus the crimping is neat and nice.
