Features of Hammer Mill
1. State of the art air intake builds its way into the air and material circulating system, allowing easy clean-up of clogged screen holes for improved productivity.
2. Larger than normal teardrop-shaped grinding chamber, paired with a secondary grinding chamber and static hammer, makes for 20% to 25% improvements on capacity, all while ensuring a prolonged service life of hammers and screen (small-mesh screen in particular).
3. By adjusting the clearance gap between the hammer and screen, operators can achieve either fine or coarse grinding.
4. Innovative rotor assembly for enhanced stability in rotation even in the event of hammer wear. Less friction is generated, meaning the chamber can maintain a low heat condition.
5. Screen hold-down mechanism allows for easy, fast, and safe screen change.
