The fermentation module is able to compound, ferment, harvest and ultra-filtrate the culture medium. No matter which purpose is the equipment for, like research, pilot testing or industrialized production, NJR can provide equipment depends on your condition with volume ranging from 5L to 3000L.
In order to meet the GMP and FDA requirements, NJR adopts 316L and 304 stainless steel to make the tank body and pipes of fermentation module. The interior of fermentation tank is electropolishing finished with Ra≤0.4μm. The outer surface is mirror finish or matt finish.
