The DGJS production facility is outfitted with a CNC paper cutting machine and programmable paper cutter that completes both free and positioning cutting services to meet your specific requirements.
Our cutting service supports roll materials with a maximum width up to 1300mm and a unit length of 3000mm.
When cutting 14g-40g substrates, the cutting system has a precision of +/-2mm, while substrates that weigh over 40g have a cutting precision up to +/-1mm.

Positioning cutting is a process that is used to cut roll materials with a maximum width of 1000mm and unit length of 1500mm.
14g-40g substrates are cut with a precision of +/-1mm, while the cutting precision will reach +/-0.05mm with substrates that weigh more than 40g.
Cutting speed: 80pc/min
