To meet the laminating quality requirements on materials with different thicknesses, the JL-2200 litho laminator will automatically adjust the thickness range of coversheet and base material. The coversheet thickness ranges from 120g to 1000g per square meter and the base material thickness ranges from 250g to 2000g per square meter.
The litho-laminating equipment is suitable for a variety of corrugated boards with flues such as A, B, C, E, and F. The minimum corrugated board layer is 3 and the maximum is 7. To ensure a better laminating quality, a long elastic compression section is used in the litho laminating mounting machine. The compression section is elastic, making it suitable for the products with different thicknesses, ensuring a smooth, flat finished product after lamination.
