Rubber internal mixers, also known as banbury mixers, are advanced milling machines used to effectively mix rubber, plastics, and chemical materials for further processing. The equipment is necessary for the manufacturing of rubber strips before forming the outsole and foxing of shoes.

The joint between the upper entrance of the mixing chamber and the suspension wall of the rack is sealed by an arc-shaped plate groove, which has a good sealing and dust-proof effect. This design feature protects the surrounding environment and workers while the equipment is mixing or plasticating the raw material or other additives in airtight condition.

Features
  • The mixing chamber, rotor and floating weight feature a jacket type structure, which can allow the passage of the medium, steam, heat conduction oil for heating or cooling to meet the needs of various rubber mixing processes or plasticating processes. The processed materials are high quality and stable.
  • The screw angle and working length of rotor flange are reasonable, which can give the material the best milling effect.
  • Feeding from the rear door of the rack (or from the side), the mixing chamber turns forward 140 degrees to discharge materials, which is convenient for connecting the upper and under production process, as well as for observing and cleaning the rotor of the mixing chamber.
