Feature
1. G4-4014-LED light bulb uses 4014 SMD LED beads as the light source, and therefore features low energy consumption, low luminous decay, small heat emission and a long service life of 30 to 50 thousand hours.
2. The LED light bulb generates gentle light, enjoys high luminous efficacy, is lit instantly after turning on, and bears no strobe or light spots to protect customers' eyes effectively.
3. The LED light has high luminous power and outstanding CRI, and therefore suffices to replace the traditional halogen lamps and filament lamps.
4. G4-4014-LED light bulb emits no heat radiation and contains no mercury, and thus exercises environmental friendliness.
5. The LED light bulb adopts high transparency silica gel sealing to achieve a 360 degree beam angle, high luminous power and enhanced brightness
6. The surface temperature of the LED light product is controlled under 80°. It adopts JCET's Schottky diode as rectifier bridge, eliminating the need for distinguishing the positive and negative electrodes.
7. All components of the G4-4014 LED are surface mounted. Such design enables high automation during manufacturing and increases production efficiency.
8. The lamp base of G4-4014-LED light uses the international standard G4 in-line pins (0.7*12mm, 4mm interval between pins) simplify installation. The LED light can be used in all kinds of quartz lamps to replace traditional halogen lamps.
9. Matching jig is adopted during the manufacturing of the LED light bulb to avoid inclined pins. Sufficient gel is irrigated to ensure no PCB board is bare and secure waterproof property of the product.
