Underfloor heating hot water PE-RT pipes utilize PE-RT as the raw material. This is a medium density polyethylene (MDPE) with a stable mechanical property. PE-RT material features outstanding performance in terms of toughness, cold-temperature resistance and workability. These pipes and fittings are connected using heat fusion, making them easy to repair in the event of any problems.

Underfloor heating hot water PE-RT pipes are suitable for heating systems in living rooms, bedrooms and public bathrooms, swimming pools, kindergartens, home care centers and other indoor applications. Product features and technical parameters:
1. PE-RT pipe is the abbreviation of polyethylene of raised temperature resistance pipe, which is specially designed for underfloor heating systems. All raw materials used in the pipes and pipe fittings manufactured at Fenghe are from TOTAL M 3410 EP, and feature an outstanding hydraulic resistance, as well as having the ability to maintain the features of PE material, namely, high sanitation and excellent workability, with an improvement in the high temperature resistance.
2. Because the pipe uses PE-RT material, both the inner and outer pipe walls are smooth, ensuring little fabrication.
3. PE-RT material is used for its smooth surfaces, which leads to a smaller friction on the inner wall, and a 30% larger carrying capacity for liquids when compared with metal pipes.
4. PE-RT pipes are primarily used for hot water supply systems and heating piping systems for buildings. It has same service life as the buildings themselves, which is upwards of 50 years. Not only do these pipes have a long service life, but they can be recycled when they no longer function as they should, giving it additional value.
