Application
Our impurity separator is designed to defiberize stock and separate impuritiesfrom fibers. It is used after pulper to separate light and heavy impurities inthe pulp and further defiberize the paper.
Structure and Features
1. Theimpurity separator consists of steel vat, horizontal rotor separator, drive mechanism and inlet pipe.
2. Thanksto the weir board inside the separator, heavy impurities deposit in the bottomwhile the stock and light impurities enter the circulation zone to be furtherscreened. When the impeller rotates, the stock is suctioned axially and ejectedat high speed from the periphery of the impeller. Inthis way, the turbulence circulation is intensified.
3. By adjusting the weir and the clearancebetween the impeller and screen plate, the quality and quantity of the pulp canbe controlled.
4. The separator can work together withpulper to remove light and heavy impurities, improving the production capacityof the pulping machine.
