Application range of the pillow pack packaging machine
The pillow pack packaging machine is used to pack solid materials like biscuits, bread, mooncakes, instant noodles, egg rolls, medicine, and hardware parts. The pillow packs can then be loaded into paper boxes or pallets by packing materials such as BOPP/CPP, BOPP/CMCPP, BOPP/PE, PET/AL/PE, NY/PE.

Characteristics
  • The packaging machine is controlled by double frequency converter controller and can pack bags according to your desired length.
  • The packaging machine is controlled by PLC computer for easy operation.
  • A highly photosensitive electric eye is used to trace the packing. The tangential position is inputted by digital signal. So the machine can cut much more accurately.
  • The packaging machine features a position stop function to prevent the waste of adhesive and packing membrane.
