Two-Roll Crumbler

Features of Two-RollCrumbler
1. Available with double rollers, DEGAO two-roll crumbler features a compact structure that provides even crushing.
2. Via adjusting the gap between two rollers, it is easy to control the size of finished crumbles.
3. Differential drive is used to control the speed difference between two rollers. Pellets in-between are constantly crushed, sheared and teared to achieve the ideal crumbling result.
4. Uniquely designed feed hopper, coupled with a bypass mechanism, ensures materials are evenly mixed. Raw materials that do no require initial crushing will pass through the crumbling system via the bypass. For that matter, the crumbler would automatically stop to save power instead of being left idling.
5. V-belt drive is used to ensure smooth power transfer, quiet operation and ease of use.
