The trommel screen can achieve particle separation by spiraling the feeding material down the rotating drum, so that the qualified (undersized) particles smaller than the screen apertures passes through the screen, and the unqualified (oversized) particles exits through the perforated cylindrical drum at the feed end.
The trommel screen can realize separation of materials that are viscous, humid, dirty and miscellaneous, and can be used for mass production.
The undersized particle is less than 100mm, and the medium-sized particle is of 10 to 50mm.
Automatic cleaning brush in the trammel screen can prevent the screen apertures from blockage, and is convenient for maintenance.
The screen is a flat steel ring with good wear resistance and long service life.
