104A Egg Grader (10000 EGGS/HOUR)
The ZENYER 104A egg grader is made of high-quality stainless steel for great durability. This egg grading machine is featured with digital touchscreen and PLC control system. It grades eggs into 4 to 7 grades. Eggs are weighed by electronic scale with accuracy within ±1g and capacity of 10000 eggs/hour.
You could also attach a to form an egg processing line with same capacity of 10000 eggs/hour to perform egg cleaning as well.

Eggs are vacuum lifted and loaded onto the by using the . This accumulator features candling to check leaking, dirty or cracked eggs. Then direct 6 rows of eggs into 1 row and transport them to the grading system.
It’s also equipped with a stainless-steel candling cover and a mirror for better candling inspection.
Head turning makes sure the eggs are orientated with the bigger head (air chamber) on top for longer storage before getting packed.
ZENYER (single print head) is an optional attachment to print company name and logo, date and Julian date, etc. on eggs.
Eggs are weighed electronically and graded into 4-7 grades which depends on the configuration of the auto packer and the manual collection conveyor you choose.

It has a counting function as well, you can check how many eggs of each grade and total output per shift have been processed.
Each automatic packer includes a dropset unit , egg tray transfer conveyor and collection conveyor. Empty cartons/trays need to put onto the transfer conveyor manually, then the transfer conveyor will transport the cartons/trays towards the egg drop system to fill the eggs. The egg dropset unit supports 10, 12, 15, 18, 20, 24, 30 egg cartons/trays for each fill.
Each size can attach with an auto packer. It can be also connected to a manual collection conveyor.
Manual packing laneThe graded eggs will be dropped on the conveyor and be manually collected. The collection conveyor can be split into two sections to accommodate two egg sizes if needed.
Oversized or too small eggs will be placed onto the off-grade table, then you can collect the eggs from the table and pack them into egg trays manually.
