Butterfly Valve
Our butterfly valves are commonly used in metallurgy, electric power, petrochemical, water supply, and municipal construction projects for regulating or isolating flows of pipelines whose working medium temperature is less than 425℃. They feature a two-way sealing performance and come in sizes of 2"~80" with a nominal pressure of 150~300lbs.
Features
1. Our butterfly valves come with a triple eccentric sealing structure, which causes nearly no wear between the valve seat and the butterfly disk so as to guarantee a superior sealing performance.
2. The sealing gasket of our triple eccentric valve is made of stainless steel and is characterized by its corrosion resistance and long service life. The stainless steel sealing gasket integrates the advantages of metal hard seal and elastic packing, ensuring an excellent sealing performance of the flow control valve no matter the temperature as long as it is within the working limits.
3. The butterfly disk's sealing surfaces are exceptionally wear resistant and durable because they are overlaid with a cobalt-based hard alloy.
4. Our large-size butterfly valve is designed in a balanced support structure and features high strength, large flow area, and small flow resistance.
5. The manual butterfly valve, electric butterfly valve and pneumatic butterfly valve boast a two-way sealing performance and their installation is not restricted by medium flow direction or the installation space size.
6. The actuating devices can be mounted at a 90° or 180° angle to make the butterfly valve easy to operate.
