Steam Turbine (Turbine using Saturated Steam and Superheated Steam)
The steam turbine takes in the main steam flow from its main entrance and the regulating valve, and a low pressure steam flow from several stages at the end. Thus the electricity generating capacity of the steam turbine generator will be greatly enhanced. This kind of mixed pressure turbine can be used in a wide range of industries like cement, chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, coking, waste incineration, and so on, during which the low-energy waste steam can be used.
Feature of the Steam Turbine
1. By making full use of both saturated steam and superheated steam, the turbine can use low-energy heat source, and the energy saving performance is quite outstanding.
2. A volute steam admission cylinder is adopted for this power plant equipment. It can effectively mix the extra steam with the main steam flow.
3. The steam turbine comes with an electro-hydraulic control system which is stable and accurate. The system consists of main steam flow control system and steam admission control system, maintaining the steam pressure at a normal level.
