Features:
1. The spiral dough mixer achieves dough strengthening through a low speed mixing process.

2. The heat generated by friction during the dough mixing is low, thus ensuring the temperature rise is slow, which guarantees a better mixing rate.

3. The barrel and the mixer can rotate at the same time during the dough mixing. There are two optional speeds: high speed and low speed.

Features:
1. The spiral dough mixer uses a head up design that allows the dough barrel to detach for easy cleaning and operation.

2. The dough barrel is equipped with a safety cover. When the cover is open, the mixer will stop automatically and immediately. When the protection cover is not installed, the mixer will not start, thus ensuring safe operation.

3. When the machine head is up or during the barrel lifting, the mixer will not start.

4. This mixer is equipped with a timing device, so that the mixing time can be freely set.
