107B Hydrogen Peroxide Activated Alumina Adsorbent

107B Hydrogen Peroxide Activated Alumina Adsorbent

BE-107B hydrogen peroxide activated alumina adsorbent is a γ-Al2O3, and is a white sphere made from intermediate products during high-temperature and rapid partial dehydration. It is the specialized adsorbent used for anthraquinone processes for the production of hydrogen peroxide.

Chemical general formula
Al2O3·nH2O (n<0.5)

Chemical composition (wt%)

  • AL2O3 (wt%): 93.5
  • SiO2 (wt%): 0.02
  • Fe2O3 (wt%): 0.02
  • Na2O (wt%): 0.35

Application
BE-107B hydrogen peroxide activated alumina adsorbent can not only adsorb the alkali in the treatment fluid, but it also features a high regeneration capacity for hydrogenation degradation products. It has a powerful performance in decreasing the anthraquinone consumption and stabilizing the components of treatment fluid, making it an ideal and specialized hydrogen peroxide adsorbent.

Advantages
  • BE-107A hydrogen peroxide activated alumina adsorbent has a high strength, and is insoluble in water and some organic solvents, such as hydrocarbons, alcohols, lipins and more.
  • Pulverization and softening is not easy for it, and it has a great clarity and long service life.
  • Odorless, tasteless, non-toxic, this BE-107A hydrogen peroxide activated alumina adsorbent has a high degradation and regeneration ability for anthraquinone derivatives.
