The HV series vertical steam sterilizer is controlled by a touch button microcomputer. The operation of water feeding, pulse vacuum, temperature adjustment, sterilization, water and steam releasing and vacuum drying can be completed automatically with a simple press of a button. During the whole operating phase, the LCD screen intuitively displays the sterilizing temperature, pressure, time, and vacuum state.

The HV series vertical steam sterilizer is a pulsating vacuum sterilizer. It is composed of a shell, sterilizing drum, control system, power supply system, electrical heater, safety valve, electromagnetic valve, temperature and pressure indicator, drying eater, vacuum pump, control valve, and LCD screen. It can be used to sterilize surgical instruments, dressings, containers, culture mediums, and so on in medical, hygienic, scientific research, and other applications.

• The whole machine is made from high quality stainless steel and is equipped with a dual-layer stainless steel grib basket, providing outstanding corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance.
• Equipped with four fixed procedures, it can sterilize instruments, dressings, rubbers, and liquids. It also has a user-defined sterilizing procedure.
• Standard PT/TT test interfaces are installed to be convenient for users to detect.
• After the sterilization, the object is dried with a multiple pulsating vacuum drying system to ensure that the drying effect is thoroughly completed.
• Equipped with an air filter for 0.22μm bacteria, the vacuum air is ensured to be sterile, avoiding recontamination.
• Handwheel type of quick open-open door structure: when the pressure inside the sterilizing chamber rises, it causes the gasket ring to expand, thereby achieving effective sealing.
• With the adoption of immersion electrical heating tube, the heating efficiency is high and the heating uniformity is no more than ±1℃.
• Steam inner circulation system: it will prevent the release of steam to ensure the cleanness and dryness of the surrounding environment.
• When the sterilization is finished, the buzzer alerts and the machine will automatically stop.
• Triple pulsating vacuum: before inputting the sterilizing medium, the air inside the container is drawn out. Then the sterilizing medium draws out the air inside the sterilizer. Repeat the above cycle three times, then the vacuum reaches -0.081MPa. This ensures that the air inside the dressing, class A and B cavity device can be efficiently extracted.

• Automatic over-temperature protection: the heating power is automatically cut off if the set temperature is exceeded.
• Automatic over-pressure protection: if it exceeds the set pressure, the safety valve is automatically open to release pressure.
• Door safety interlock device: if the door is not well closed, the sterilization program cannot be started. If the internal chamber has pressure, it is impossible to open the door.
• Water breakage protection device: the sterilizer can automatically cut off the power supply and produces an alarm when the water is not added, or it is lacking or cut off.
