Feed Machinery

As a feed producer, the range of products your customers may request is wide and varied. That is why we at FCM provide feed equipment in various sizes, designs and configurations to meet your feed processing requirements. From day one, we have been keeping up with the evolving needs in the feed industry and supplying updated feed equipment to meet them. Critical parts and complete feed mill systems need to undergo a series of performance tests to ensure quality.

Pellet mills of FCPM series offer a total of more than 20 models for choice. They can be sorted into 3 categories, A, B, and W. Type A is meant to produce livestock feeds. Type B is intended for fish feeds. Type W comes with a larger than normal die to accommodate 15% to 30% more capacity. Production rate starts from 1t/h and goes well into 40t/h.

Many confuse an extruder with a pellet mill. Though they both work at a particular level of moisture, temperature, and pressure to form pellets, they are like poles apart and don't even look the same. The extruder mixes materials in a screw barrel while a pellet mill uses rollers to force raw feeds through holes of a flat die or ring die.

We have been in the feed milling and grinding business for more than 20 years. Our product line has since been extended to include the 5 series outlined below.

FCM's in-line feed mixers are an integral part of any feed processing equipment. We supply these mixers mainly in two configurations: twin-shaft paddle and ribbon blender.

Hot pellets coming off the pelleting line should not go into storage immediately and need to be cooled effectively to remove heat and moisture. Pellets cooling should be a gradual process done with a quality pellet cooler.

We use pellet dryers and pellet stabilizers to further improve the pellet quality.

FCM offers various pellet crumblers to break feed pellets into palatable crumbs. Customers can choose between two-roll and three-roll configurations.

This pellet screener is very efficient at separating materials into groups of similar sizes.
Belt-driven, offset weight motor powered gyratory screener runs ultra quiet. The end of the screen is supported by a spring-loaded structure to absorb excess vibration so the whole framework can hold up long.

As we have always been saying we are a feed processing equipment and complete system provider. Whatever equipment you need to complement your feed mill or pellet plant, we have it all for you, and if we don't, we build it.

According to the nature of your pelleted feeds, we can provide liquid dosing and pellet coating equipment to enrich your feed products.

FCM provides a wide variety of feed conveying machines for use in transfer of feed materials during feed processing.

FCM provides two kinds of baghouse dust collectors, TBLY series and TBLF series.

When looked from the outside, the rotary distributor appears to a conical drum with several outlet ducts around the bottom. Inside the conical drum is a rotary spout, which is a length of angled pipe that rotates to mate with one of those outlets so that material flows from the spout to the outlet. This mating action creates a tight seal with no material leaking out.

1. Made of stainless steel, the bullet magnet extracts up to 99% of ferrous metals from the material going into the hammer mill.
2. Installing a bullet magnet is easy as it takes little floor space.
3. Widely used in feed, flour, rice mill, grain bin, food, and chemical engineering industries.

Drum pre-cleaner of SQLZ series has the effect of cleaning most coarse impurities out of raw feeds all while consuming little power.

1. Air-operated three-way diverter gate is a newly developed grain conveying equipment.
2. Directs, regulates or isolates the flow of materials from one or more sources to a number of destinations in the industry of feed, flour, food, chemical engineering, mining, metallurgy, and cement industries.

1. Widely used in industries of grain, feed food, oil, flour, chemicals, and mining as well as in metallurgical applications.
2. Controls material flow by opening or closing slide gates using a tie rod powered by a pneumatic cylinder.
3. Slide gates at the inlet and outlet can be made in custom size.
