We provide custom-made service for our customers to manufacture various types of aluminum billet including drawn aluminum, extruded aluminum which consists of grade 1000series, 2000series, 3000series, 5000series, 6000series, 7000series. Customers can placed their order regarding the aluminum alloy grade based on their actual needs. We have continuos supply of aluminum billet to aluminum profile manufacturers all around the world. At present, we have more than 40 types of die and mass storage of the aluminum billet and thus allowing short delivery. Our aluminum billet production achieves 300,000 tons yearly.
Sainty Aluminum Co., Ltd. fully equipped with equipment applicable in aluminum billet production including 19 30-tons of natural gas aluminum melting furnace, one 35-tons of homogenizing furnace, etc., Therefore, we are able to perform a series of aluminum rod production process from smelting, casting, drawing/extruding, testing and so on.
