Product Description
This high strength, platinum catalyzed, bi-component liquid silicone rubber is composed of basic compound, crosslinker, catalyst, fillings and additives. Since it does not contain any heavy metal substance and aromatic hydrocarbons dissolvent, our silicone rubber for logo sheet is harmless to the human body and regarded as an environmentally friendly product. Due to its superior elastic resilience and good adhesion to fabric, it is used for making logo sheets.
Storage
Keep sealed and store in cool, dry and dark condition.
Usage
The SE1310B component is known as the curing agent and the mixing ratio of SE1310A:SE1310B should be 10:1. It needs to be cured at 130℃ for 10 to 15 minutes. The curing time needed is dependant on the product thickness.
Packing
Our silicone rubber for logo sheet is packed in 20kg barrels.

Note
1. This product should avoid contact with any organic matter, ionic compound, ethylene compound and alkyne compound, such as N, P, S, Sn, Pb, Hg, Bi, As, PVC, etc. These chemicals can poison the platinum catalyst and break down vulcanization.
2. The mixture of SE1310A and SE1310B should be used up within 12 hours. Higher temperature will cause its effective operating time to decrease.
3. Some organic paints might affect its vulcanization property.
