Pipe Type UHT Sterilizer
The pipe type UHT sterilizer can process aseptic packaging products such as soft plastic bag, tetra paper brick, tetra paper pillow, and PET bottles that have contained milk or juice. The device is also suitable for the processing of liquid foods and beverages. As an alternative to the plate model sterilizer, the pipe variant features gentle heating with minimal temperature discrepancies between processed materials and the heating medium. A heating efficiency of 90% can be achieved. Additionally, the highly automated machine comes with CIP cleaning and self sterilizing functions. Precision temperature control regulates key values such as steam pressure, steam flow rate, and product flow rate.
Pipe interiors have been treated with an advanced polishing technique to ensure the overall aseptic conditions of the machine.
