DSEGo modular cleanroom（clean booth）lets you build an economical cleanroom in nearly any office or production space in just a few days. All steel frame supports ceiling grid, flexible vinyl strip shields, fluorescent lighting and fan/filter units to meet cleanliness requirements from ISO 5 – 8. Shields are made of static-dissipative PVC or Acrylic Sheet to control electro-static discharge.
Clean booth is a kind of air purification equipment which supply partial purification environment. According to different handicrafts, one or several fan filter units can be made to form cleaning area of different types, specs and cleanliness class. They are with the following features.
Specification
1. Assembly structure designed, easy installation and shortening the delivery time;
2. Easily moved (Omnidirectional wheels can be installed), suitable for building small and high cleanliness area;
3. Module structure to improve high cleanliness class easily, great expansibility and high value for reusing.

Clean Booth Structure
1. Frame: Made of industry aluminum (or stainless steel squaretube or metal square tube). It is stable, beautiful, rust less and dust free.
2. ESD Curtain: Rounded by ESD curtain (ESD Acrylic Sheet). Good in anti-static, transparent, clear of grid, flexible, distortion-free and non-aging.
3. Fan Filter Unit: Centrifugal fan with long-life, low noise, non maintaining, small shaking, seamless shifting and high quality.
Special design of air flue can improve the efficiency and reduce the noise. And clean grade can be 100-100K class.
Especially ideal for the area which requires a partial high cleanliness grade environment.
