This Bag making machine adopts blown film extrusion technology to produce many kinds of plastic bags, and is specially designed to produce zipper lock bags with beautiful sealing, with high firmness and no scratch.
When it is working, RFQ500/600/700B Bag making machine is used to convert zip film into zip lock bags by sealing and cutting.

  • With PLC computer control system, Panasonic converter and Yaskawa servo motor, our bag making machine boasts stable performance and can make high quality bags.
  • It adopts the reinforced silicon conveyer whose thickness is 5mm in order to suit the needs of the thick zipper strip section of the zip lock bags. The silicon conveyor combines with the embossing aluminum plate to seal the bags in a firm, neat and beautiful manner.
  • With internationally advanced steel shaft linear bearing bars, the hot cutting bag making machine avoids the damage or deformation of the transmission chaining parts caused by a shortage of oil, which may affect the quality of the bags.
  • The swept-body transmission, the whole frame of 14MM iron plate and the cutting knife of steel plate overhead beam combine to ensure stable running and high speed of bag making.
