Material of Basketball stands
Stand body: The basketball stands we produce are made of high quality stainless steel. The surface is treated with shot blasting, and then electrostatic spraying. The products are sturdy, durable and corrosion resistant.

Backboard: the backboards are made of double-layer tempered glasses, adhered to each other with glue. The total thickness is 12mm. This product has the advantages of high transparency and age resistance. The lower edge of the backboard is covered with a soft protective strip to minimize injury to players if they collide with the backboard.

Hoop: the hoop is made of 20mm round steel with good bending resistance. The pulled angle of the downward inclination is no more than 30°.

Protective measures
The front pillar, pedestal and semi-girder are all equipped with a special sheath to protect players in the case of collision with the stand. A special cast iron bob-weight is installed behind the stand for stability. A special safety mechanism is installed between the front pillar and the semi-girder to effectively ensure the stability of the basketball stand.

Surface treatment
We will first remove oil and rust on the steel parts of our basketball stand, and then spray the surface. The thickness of the coating reaches 70-140 um, and the pencil hardness is 3H+. The coating layer shows no change under salt spray test conditions for 36 hours according to GB1771-91 standards. These processes give the products the characteristics of acid and alkali resistance, damp and hot resistance and ageing resistance. The principle and structure of the electro-hydraulic basketball stand
The electro-hydraulic basketball stand is equipped with a basketball frame lifting system and travelling wheel telescoping mechanism. The four-wheel independent hydraulic mechanism controls the lifting of the body. Plug in a single-phase source of 220v, 50Hz power when using this equipment. Start the oil pump. The function transformation is controlled by electrical apparatus control system, and then the cylinder will immediately realize a telescopic movement, to perform the lifting of the vertical arm and the landing of the travelling wheel on the pedestal.
