Top Slitter Blades & Circular Dished Knives
Application
The top slitter blades consists of top blades and knife holder used on slitters, mainly applied to slitting of paper, tape, aluminum foil, copper foil etc. When slitting paper, in order to avoid producing paper scraps, it is required that the blades should have high hardness and the edge be sharp, smooth and without burrs.
Material introduction
The top slitter blades are generally made from 9CrSi, Skd11(D2), HSS, and the heat treatment hardness is HRC 57-64.
The knife holder is generally made from 65Mn, spring steel (GCr15), and the heat treatment hardness is HRC 50-59.

- The blade edge and whole structure adopt mirror polish to achieve small friction resistance and good cutting effect.
- The blade edge is 100% tested to ensure it is sharp and without burrs.

Custom made
The design of top slitter blades' cutting edge is extremely important. Due to frequent contacts with end users, we are able to customize and design the suitable cutting edges according to the features of customers' slitting products. The custom range of thickness is ≥0.8mm.
