Top Loading Arm with Heat Tracing
The heat traced top loading arm is typically designed for loading and unloading of high viscosity medium that require heating to improve its fluidity. The heat tracing system is composed of heating unit and thermal insulation. Electrical heating unit or steam heating unit is selectable per your specific needs.
Features
- Electrical heat tracing or steam tracing can be applied according to customer’s requirements. Steam tracing is usually accomplished by passing steam through the steam jacket of the pipeline.
- When using steam tracing, the tracing pipes of inboard and outboard arms adopt metal hose to connect swivel joints, providing flexible operation.
- When using electrical heat tracing, heating cables are covered with rock wool insulation and stainless steel cladding.
